Phil Shea is a veteran of the audio industry who has been with Yamaha for over 30 years. He's seen everything in car audio, video and home audio and listened to every format from 8-track tapes to 24-bit/96 kHz high-res digital audio. He’s glad 8-track isn’t making the resurgence that vinyl is, but will be ready if it happens. Phil loves teaching as much as he loves learning. When he's not obsessing over the tracking force of a new phono cartridge, he loves riding his bike and pondering everything audio.
