Willy Calderon is an American percussionist, record producer, multi-instrumentalist, and composer internationally known for redefining contemporary Latin and fusion music. In 2026, he performed at the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show alongside Bad Bunny, Ricky Martin, and Lady Gaga. Calderon has served as an international cultural ambassador of Latin music, presenting concerts, workshops, and masterclasses across Asia, including Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, China, and Singapore. In 2025, he was selected by The Recording Academy as a GRAMMY® U Mentor, contributing to the development of emerging artists worldwide.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Calderon began playing percussion at age 2 and started his professional career at 13. He has since toured six continents and worked with countless international artists, including Bruno Mars, Drake, Jermaine Jackson, Carlos Vives, and Fonseca, as well as collaborations with actors Bill Pullman and Johnny Depp, with credits spanning television and film, such as America’s Got TalentJane the Virgin, and Bones.
