ABOUT

Clifton Williams a proud native of Washington D.C raises a new standard as an accomplished music director and keyboardist. Clifton is the touring music director for R&B legend Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, music director for Two-Time Emmy award winning Black Music and Civil Rights Movement Concert, and music director for A Tori Kelly Christmas: Live from Capitol Studios Youtube special.

Clifton has toured extensively with Funk Artist Nik West. From gigantic festivals such as the Singapore International Jazz Festival to small night clubs in Brno, Czech Republic, Clifton has performed in over 20 countries and counting! Clifton can be heard on Nik West’s Moody album lending background vocals on track 5 Tears and organ session playing on track 12 Catch Me If you Can (Reprise).

Clifton is a graduate of the internationally acclaimed Berklee School of Music. He matriculated to Berklee as a presidential scholarship recipient. Clifton graduated in 4 years with a dual degree in Music Education and Contemporary Writing and Production. While at Berklee, Clifton penned the official theme song for Amatuer Night at the Apollo Live. This song is featured every Wednesday Night at the iconic Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York.
