A Yamaha Artist since 2009, Dave McClain was born in 1965 in Frankfurt, Germany. Dave is the drummer of thrash/punk icons Sacred Reich. Dave has also toured and performed with the Grammy nominated band Machine Head, Murdercar and S.A Slayer. Influenced by such drummers as Tommy Aldridge, Peter Criss and Neil Peart, Dave’s hard hitting style blend elements of rock, punk and classic thrash in a way that creates a massive sonic voice behind the kit.
