Gregg Field has performed with numerous symphonies worldwide including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Boston, Nashville, Seattle and the National Symphony in Washington D.C. Gregg has appeared on 21 Grammy-nominated recordings, three of which have won. Among these are recordings with Natalie Cole, Carole King, Robbie Williams, Barbara Streisand, Dave Koz, Johnny Mathis and Barry Manilow.

Not only a highly respected musician, Gregg is also a busy producer. His recent work includes the PBS Great Performance special We Love Ella, the Concord-Starbucks release and #1 Billboard Album Ray Charles; Ray Sings, Basie Swings, George Benson and Al Jarreau’s double-Grammy award-winning Givin It Up, Monica Mancini’s double-Grammy nominated Ultimate Mancini, Vince Gill and Toby Keith’s Make Them Hear You, Concord Records 30th Anniversary Live at Montreux and Patti Austin’s Grammy nominated For Ella.

Gregg has served as a Recording Academy Governor and Trustee of the Grammys, Chairman of the Grammy Producers committee and a member of the Grammy Jazz Screening Committee. Gregg currently serves on the USC School of Music Board of Directors and has also been a member of the faculty of the University of Southern California since 1983.
