Pianist Jarred Dunn won First prize and Concerto Award at the Lithuanian Chopin International Competition, and is prize-winner of Jan Hoffman (Kraków), Rome Premio, Verona Zinetti, and Bari-Vitti International Competitions.

He has performed concerti with Vilnius Chamber, Vilnius Cantus, Budapest Chamber, NOSPR Katowice, Toruń, Belarus Radio/TV, Sinfonia Toronto, Niagara, and York Symphony Orchestras, among others. He has performed in piano duo with Maria João-Pires and Anna Górecka, alongside ATMA Quartet, and violinist Anna Kuk as DuoMirage.

His albums for ATMA Classique and Lexicon Classics are heard on CBC/Radio-Canada, WWFM New York, WQXR, 93.6 New Classical, 98.7 WVMO, Belarus First, TVP, and others. He is a CBC Top Thirty Under Thirty artist and is featured on CBC’s In Concert and This is My Music.

He gives master classes and lectures at The Juilliard School, Mannes College, Peabody Conservatory, Oberlin College-Conservatory, SMU, Guildhall, Royal College (London), Katowice Academy, Bydgoszcz Academy, Mount Royal Conservatory, and others. For Tonebase Piano, he regularly teaches master classes and mentorship courses for pianists worldwide. He regularly serves as a competition juror.

He performs and teaches at summer festivals, including Semaine International Piano et Musique de Chambre (CH), Chetham’s International Piano School (UK), Brescia Master Courses (IT), Tonebase Piano (USA), and others. He is Artistic Director of Kallmünz Summer Piano Festival. Also an award-winning author, his credits include Górecki’s Solo Piano Music (Bloomsbury Press), and articles published in Piano Magazine (Clavier), CMEA Journal, and Canadian Music Teacher.

He studied with Jacob Lateiner, Yoheved Kaplinsky, Dorothy Taubman, Anna Górecka, Katarzyna Popowa-Zydroń, Maria João-Pires, and Andrei Gavrilov. He received important coaching with Dmirti Bashkirov, Andrzej Jasiński, and Robert Levin. He studied chamber music with Peter Longworth, Marek Moś and Urszula Stańczyk.
