Jeremy Williams has been teaching for 16 years and is the band director at Marrero Middle School, located just outside of New Orleans. Outside the classroom, Williams performs regularly and runs his own student jazz band, The Next Generation Jazz Band of New Orleans. He was recognized as a 2023 Yamaha “40 Under 40” music educator.
