
About Paul Glader
Paul Glader is the Director of Bands and Choirs at Bethel-Tate Middle School in Ohio, where he teaches students in grades 5–8. Now in his 16th year of teaching, Mr. Glader holds both a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and a Master of Music Education from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). Glader was named a 2025 Yamaha “40 Under 40” Music Educator and is a quarterfinalist for the 2026 GRAMMY Music Educator Award. He received the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Music Educator Award in 2022 and was previously recognized as “Teacher of the Year” at Taylor High School in 2016. In addition to teaching, Glader is an active composer and arranger, having written for ensembles ranging from beginning to collegiate levels, including his professional ensemble, The Cincy Brass. He performs regularly as a saxophonist with The Cincy Brass and the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra. His work as a content creator on TikTok and other social media platforms has brought national attention to the Bethel-Tate music program, with his videos garnering over 10 million views to date.
