About Austin Shoupe and Tanner Leonardo
Austin Shoupe is currently a teaching assistant for the University of Kentucky Percussion Studio. He was the instrumental music teacher at Jefferson High School and the marching percussion instructor for the DeKalb High School Marching Barbs, both in Illinois. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in musical arts in percussion performance at the University of Kentucky. He has a master of music from the University of Kentucky and a bachelor of music in music education and percussion performance from Northern Illinois University.
Tanner Leonardo is currently pursuing a doctor of musical arts degree in the University of Kentucky Percussion Studio. He previously worked with the band programs at Kentucky’s Lafayette High School and Bourbon County High School as an educator and audio engineer. Tanner has a master of music degree from Morehead State University and a bachelor of music from the University of Louisville.
