During his forty-five years in the music industry, musician Rory Kaplan has used every type of synthesizer, from analog to the latest in digital keyboards. He’s worked with Michael Jackson, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Joe Sample, Ramsey Lewis, George Duke, Stevie Wonder, Christopher Cross, Donny Osmond and many others, and has performed on 18 world tours, played on and/or done programming for over 100 albums, and executive produced over 180 surround sound projects. An accomplished guitarist as well as keyboardist, all it took was one listen to “Switched On Bach” and “Lucky Man” to trigger a lifetime love of synths.
