Celebrating an Outstanding Achievement in Music Composition
Special congratulations to LILLIAN TAN (pictured right), an East Valley Yamaha Music School (Chandler, Arizona) student, who won 1st place at the MTNA National Composition Competition under the direction of Karalyn Schubring, an Arizona-based pianist, composer and educator.
Don’t miss the live performance of her winning composition, “The Little Dolphin’s Quest” (flute & piano), at this year’s MTNA conference on Sunday, March 22, at 3:30 p.m. in Chicago Ballroom D at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.
